Women in Sport Think Tank
On Friday, February 7th, Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management, in collaboration with the United Women’s Ball Hockey Foundation, is hosting the inaugural Strong Women, Strong Sport Think Tank.
This event is by exclusive invitation. Your unique perspective and valuable insights will be invaluable to the success of these critical discussions.
Join us to celebrate National Girls and Women and Sport Day and be a part of a collaborative event bringing industry and academia together to provide an opportunity to engage in critical conversations and action steps around growing experiences for girls and women in sport.
The focus of these sessions will be capacity building for participating stakeholders, including strengthening relationships between organizations, skill development, and an understanding of how to translate research into practice. Throughout the day there will
be opportunities for networking, collaboration, and relationship building with a goal of continued growth for girls and women to participate and work in sport.
Think Tank will feature four interactive, discussion-based sessions:
